Position Qualifications:
- at least 4 years of sales experience.
- Undergraduate degree (required)
- Relevant work experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Word).
- Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capacity to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen and a record of achieving ambitious goals.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing new and strategic partnerships
- Maintaining C level relationships within and outside of ADXG Inc.
- Explore, analyze, conduct due diligence, and lead/own new initiatives
- Play a key role in negotiations on behalf of ADXG Inc.

Senior Database Administrator

Position Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a MySQL DBA
- At least 3 years of experience with MySQL database administration and in the following areas:
- High availability (HA)
- Load balancing
- Query optimization
- Replication
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage MySQL in production/QA/dev environments including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, upgrades, schema changes, etc.
- Perform database health monitoring and diagnostics.
- Implement monitoring, auditing, and alert systems for MySQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with MySQL.
- Design, implement, maintain and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture required.
- Architect, design, implement and maintain site-to-site data replication.
